By downloading or using this Application, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Application. This app serves as a client portal connected to the Owner's SaaS Admin platform.
Users must be 18 years or older, or use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian. Users must provide accurate information. Misuse of the app, sharing OTPs, or violating physical library rules may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Library-Specific Rules: Each individual Library Admin reserves the right to set their own specific Terms & Conditions. You must explicitly read and agree to a library's local terms before you are granted access to their dashboard, Wi-Fi, and facilities.
Chat & User-Generated Content (UGC): The app provides chat functionality. Zero Tolerance Policy: Harassment, bullying, explicit material, illegal content, or spam is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately and permanently banned. Users can Report abusive messages in the app, and library admins can block abusive users from chat.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Application. We do not guarantee that the Application will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.
Payments for Offline Services: All fees collected for library access via secure third-party gateways are strictly for physical workspace rentals, offline library facilities, and related physical services provided by the Library Admin. Google Play Billing is not utilized as these are strictly non-digital goods.
Limitation of Liability: We provide the SaaS software framework. We do not manage the physical libraries. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer, Owner, or Affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of data, fee disputes, physical injury, or issues arising directly from the Library Owner's management. Any dispute regarding library access, offline conduct, or fee payments must be resolved directly with the specific Library Admin. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
The Application, its code, design, and architecture are the sole property of the Developer/Owner. The Owner reserves full rights to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or any of its features at any time.
