This Application acts solely as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider ("Data Processor"). The individual Library Owners act as the "Data Controllers." Data may be directly provided by the User or fetched securely from the associated Admin Application. We only provide the software. We do not add, import, or edit library details, photos, fees, or student records ourselves. Library Owners enter that information in their Admin application, and students give their own details to the library when they join. The Library Owners are exclusively responsible for the legality, accuracy, and physical handling of this data (including any IDs, fees, or documents). We do not own, sell, or exploit this data. Data we collect includes: name, email, phone number, address, gender, parent name and phone, target exam, profile photo, attendance check-in and check-out records, device identifier, push notification token, IP address recorded at check-in, and crash and error reports. Wi-Fi router identifiers are checked only to verify you are inside the library. The Application may also load a few stock background images from Unsplash, which receives your IP address when the image is fetched. Data is used for authentication, seat booking, and attendance tracking. We do not sell your personal data.
The Application does not display any advertisements. We use these service providers to run the Application: Supabase (database and login), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Sentry (crash and error reports), Shorebird (delivery of app bug-fix updates; receives your app version and device type) and Cloudflare (hosting and file storage). They process data only to provide these services.
Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. How to delete your account: You can request data deletion directly from the "Delete Account" option within the Application settings. Alternatively, you can request account deletion via the web by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Upon request, your account and the login and profile data we hold are deleted within 30 days. Records that a library owner keeps in their own Admin application (such as attendance, seat and fee records) are controlled by that library owner. To remove those, ask the library owner to delete them, or tell us and we will forward your request to the owner.
Minors: This Application is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. Parent or guardian details are stored only when provided by the student or the library owner. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

The Developer/Owner of this Application reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
