How to request deletion

1. In the app: open the menu, tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
2. Or email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone number, address, gender, parent details, target exam, profile photo, device identifier, push notification token, chat messages and attendance records.

What may be kept

Payment and fee records may be kept by the respective library owner for accounting and legal compliance, in anonymised form where possible.

Library records (attendance, seat and fee history) are stored and controlled by your library owner in their Admin application. To remove those, ask your library owner, or email us and we will forward the request to them.

Timeline

Your request is completed within 30 days.
